Hi there, I’m Amy, a certified fitness coach and nutritionist with a passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals. One of the areas in which I specialize is glute training, and I’m excited to share my personalized program with you.

I’ve spent years perfecting this program that has helped a number of world-class celebrities such as Margot Robbie, Coi Leray, Zendaya, and others. By combining the most effective exercises and techniques, from squats to lunges to glute bridges, we’ll work together to build strength, tone, and definition.
